Refund & Cancellation Policy

Counseling fee

Initial admission counseling provided by EduKraft is free of charge. Any paid service (e.g. document processing, advanced advisory) is taken up only after written agreement on scope and fees.

Refund eligibility

• If EduKraft is unable to deliver the agreed service, the processing fee paid to EduKraft will be refunded in full within 10 working days.
• If a candidate cancels before EduKraft begins formal processing, the fee is refundable after deducting reasonable administrative charges.
• Once a college admission offer has been arranged or processing has begun, the EduKraft service fee becomes non-refundable.

College fees

Any tuition, hostel, or institutional fee is paid by the student directly to the college. Refunds of such fees are governed strictly by the respective college's published refund policy and AICTE/UGC norms. EduKraft is not responsible for refunds issued by the institution.

How to request a refund

Email admin@edukraft.in with your name, phone number, payment receipt, and reason for refund. We will respond within 3 working days.
