Nature of service

EduKraft is an independent admission counseling and consultancy firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of any university or college mentioned on this website. We provide guidance to help students apply through legally available admission channels, including management quota seats sanctioned by individual institutions under applicable regulations (AICTE, UGC, and respective state norms).

No guarantee of admission

Final admission depends on seat availability, the candidate's eligibility, the college's internal selection process, and applicable regulatory norms. EduKraft does not guarantee admission to any specific college, course, or batch.

Fees and payments

Counseling fees, processing charges, and college fees (if any) are quoted in writing before any service begins. Any college tuition or hostel fee is paid directly to the institution. EduKraft does not collect tuition fees on behalf of colleges.

Information accuracy

Course names, college details, and seat information are shared in good faith and may change without notice based on regulatory updates from the institutions. Please verify critical details directly with the college before making any decision.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, submit genuine documents, and not misuse the counseling service. EduKraft reserves the right to decline service if information is found to be false or misleading.

Limitation of liability

EduKraft's liability is limited to the counseling/processing fee paid to us. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from college decisions, regulatory changes, or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
